As a special adjunct to the general orthopaedic care available at Rockhill Orthopaedics, three orthopaedic surgeons have special interest in the treatment of the upper extremity. The surgeons at Rockhill Orthopaedics are specially trained to treat these problems. Dr. Rosenthal has completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship in addition to general orthopaedic surgery residency. Dr. Frevert has acquired extensive experience in treating shoulder problems since devoting extra study to this area with the team physicians from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Dugan has combined clinical practice with specialized courses in the upper extremity.
