The physicians of the Alliance have a strong commitment to the monitoring
and control of utilization and development of a quality assurance program,
which includes outcome studies, patient and provider satisfaction surveys
and peer review.
The Alliance physicians want to provide the best possible work comp care
available to you. Our goal is to continue to improve aspects of the practice
based on your suggestions. To help us achieve this goal, please take a
few minutes to answer questions on the work comp survey.
The work comp survey can be completed on line,
or if you prefer, you may print out the survey and send it by mail or
fax to Specialty Physicians Alliance. Hopefully, you will find one of
these options convenient.
Please rest assured your comments will remain confidential. The results
of the survey will focus on trends shown in a given area rather than an
individual response.
